Our Team

Bronia Holyoak

Director, Anchorpoint Support Coordination

  • I've spent over 35 years in the disability sector, but my heart for this work goes much deeper than my professional background. With my own lived experience and over a decade leading a peer-led organisation, I've seen firsthand how the right support, at the right time, by someone who cares, can change people's lives.

My role is focused on mentoring and supporting Anchorpoint Network Partners and maintaining the vision and values Anchorpoint was built on. This allows me to share the knowledge "in my head" to support the leaders of the future with practical insights and a 'doing things differently' approach that has worked well for me over the years.

When I'm not working, I'm a keen sports fan (especially love the cricket!), but my greatest joy is spending time with my family and playing with my grandchildren, Lilly and Archie.

Amy Stewart

Specialist Support Coordinator / Support Coordinator

  • Amy is a qualified Social Worker originally from Albany with over ten years' experience working in the disability sector. Her professional background also includes mental health, health services, child protection and education, giving her a strong understanding of how systems intersect across different stages of life.

Amy brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. As a neurodivergent person and a parent to neurodivergent children and niblings, she offers an empathetic, practical and affirming approach. She is passionate about working alongside people in ways that recognise strengths, support autonomy and honour individual needs.

Outside of work, Amy is happiest outdoors. She enjoys fishing, camping and exploring, and values the quiet and grounding that time in nature provides.

Specialist Support Coordinator (Southwest)

Sandy Jensen

  • I've spent over 20 years navigating systems both as a professional and as a parent and sister to NDIS participants. Since 1998, I've worked across government departments and human services, but my driver has always been a deep passion for helping people take back control of their lives.

My background as a Social Worker and my experience on boards like the Disability Services Commission give me a unique perspective on how systems work and how to help you navigate all things NDIS. I am committed to ensuring you feel informed, empowered, and confident in your choices.

Based in beautiful Busselton, I'm the wife of a professional fisherman and a mother of two adult daughters and, of course, my beloved Rhodesian Ridgeback, Frank. When I'm not working, you'll find me hiking the Cape-to-Cape track, whale watching, or bringing people together over good food and great company.

Shayne Jensen

Support Coordinator

  • My commitment to the disability sector is deeply personal, rooted in my lived experience as a sibling. This perspective, combined with over five years of industry experience, fuels my passion for individual empowerment and finding ways to make the system work for the person, not the other way around.

I began my career as a support worker before moving into the not-for-profit sector, which gave me a very practical understanding of how support happens on the ground. Since stepping into Support Coordination in early 2024, I've used that foundation and my NDIS knowledge to find creative solutions tailored to unique needs.

A creative at heart, I spend my downtime drawing, gaming, and doting on my rescue dog, Percy.

Justin Zwartkruis

Support Coordinator / Recovery Coach

  • With an unwavering commitment to helping others and an innate sense of optimism, I have dedicated myself to supporting families and individuals since 2016. My roles as a support worker, handyman, and confidant have allowed me to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those I serve.

Anchored in a family that cherishes trust, non-judgment, and good times, I bring these values to my work, particularly when supporting individuals with disabilities and their families. I hold a Diploma in Counselling and am a certified Massage Therapist, skills that enhance my ability to provide comprehensive support.

For the past 12 years, I have successfully run my own business, which focuses on helping those who struggle to navigate the complexities of the NDIS.

Support Coordinator / Recovery Coach

Emma Woolley

  • I hold a Bachelor of Social Work and bring six years of hands-on experience to supporting individuals and families in the Southwest. Having lived and worked internationally, I've developed a deep passion for supporting people from culturally diverse backgrounds and ensuring that everyone, regardless of their story, has a seat at the table.

My approach is built on strong values, compassion, and a firm belief in the strengths of the people I work with. As a Recovery Coach and Support Coordinator, I focus on creating genuinely person-centred support that is flexible and responsive.

Outside of work, I'm usually found traveling, staying active in nature, or tending to my garden, with varying degrees of success!

Kristy McNamara

Support Coordinator

  • My passion for the disability sector began in my early 20s, shaped by lifelong personal connections with people living with disabilities. From supporting disengaged students to creating inclusive workplaces, my commitment has always been the same: ensuring people are empowered to live life on their own terms.

With seven years at the Disability Services Commission and 16 years with Inclusion WA, I've built deep expertise in community development and supporting people with diverse, complex needs. I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to use my NDIS knowledge to walk alongside you to navigate complex systems.

When I'm not working, I'm usually out in nature or catching a documentary or superhero movie. I'm a big fan of the Nintendo Switch (especially Donkey Kong!) and I'm passionate about protecting our local wildlife.

Kylie Heavens

Specialist Support Coordinator & Social Worker

  • I am an experienced Specialist Support Coordinator and Social Worker with a career-long commitment to human rights, choice, and control. My background is in complex disability, mental health, and high-risk support environments, places where navigating the NDIS system requires both professional expertise and a very practical, honest approach!

I have a particular interest in psychosocial disability and alcohol and drug supports, focusing on building a life that feels meaningful and worth living. My role is about more than just managing a plan; it's about helping people to reconnect with what matters to them.

I value strong, authentic relationships and believe that everyone deserves to be heard and respected.

Specialist Support Coordinator / Support Coordinator

Stephanie Fletcher

  • I am an experienced Specialist Support Coordinator with a background in community services and business. I've developed a reputation for being able to step into situations that feel stuck or overwhelming, building trust and finding a clear path forward.

I take a very practical, solution-focused approach to my work. My goal is to make sure your supports aren't just "on paper," but are working for you and staying sustainable for the long term.

Outside of work, I'm a mum to five children in a blended family. I'm currently navigating the NDIS process for one of my own children, so I have a very real understanding of how it feels to be on the other side of the system!
